Compassion in a Time of Political Uncertainty

Dear Sangha, 

In light of recent political uncertainty, we want to recognize the deep and persistent feelings of so many within and without our community. Often, it is when these large world events arise that we both feel increased desire and increased difficulty to feel inner peace and grounding in the present moment. The gift of the Sangha though is that we don't have to go through it alone. 

In order to support anyone seeking an added measure of peace and compassion through their political discourse, we will be hosting a panel discussion with three of our wonderful Sangha members to share their wisdom as Buddhist practitioners and community stakeholders. This panel will not be connected to a specific political agenda, but rather will be focused on how to lead with compassion and our Buddha nature through political interactions. We look forward to having you there!
